C\u00f3mo algunas otras se han ido a la quiebra y c\u00f3mo otras est\u00e1n revolucionando con la llamada \u201cnueva normalidad\u201d. Pero de igual forma, ahora y m\u00e1s que nunca, el consumidor requiere marcas que \u201csumen\u201d, que aporten o ayuden en tiempo de crisis, marcas con responsabilidad corporativa ante el Covid-19.<\/p><p>Hemos sido testigos de como algunas acciones de responsabilidad corporativa y social de marcas como Starbucks, Bimbo, Coca Cola, etc., aportan su grano de arena en esta sociedad que requiere ayuda.<\/p><p>No obstante, tambi\u00e9n hemos visto el incremento de su valor de marca en el mercado de empresas como Tesla, por arriba de Disney y Amazon. (Una noticia que caus\u00f3 sensaci\u00f3n en diversos portales de noticias de negocios, entre otros)<\/p><p>Pero en lo que ahora nos queremos enfocar, es:<\/p><h6><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es una marca y cu\u00e1l es su valor?<\/b><\/h6><p>Philip Kotler considera que <i>\u201cya sea que se trate de un nombre, una marca comercial, un logotipo u otro s\u00edmbolo, una marca es en esencia la promesa de una parte vendedora de proporcionar, de forma consistente a los compradores, un conjunto espec\u00edfico de caracter\u00edsticas, beneficios y servicios\u00bb.<\/i><\/p><p>Recordemos que una marca, siempre debe estar presente en la mente de los clientes y en sus corazones, pero \u00bfcu\u00e1l ser\u00eda el valor de esta marca?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-8cc7a15 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"8cc7a15\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4232ce9\" data-id=\"4232ce9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a54d8a elementor-blockquote--skin-border elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"9a54d8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\tEl valor de la marca a pesar de que sea algo intangible es algo que perdurar\u00e1 con el tiempo y se construye con el tiempo. \u00a1Es una labor constante de la organizaci\u00f3n, no solo del departamento de marketing!
