De hecho, un modelo de negocio es m\u00e1s que un simple modelo, esta enfocado principalmente al desarrollo y representaci\u00f3n de aspectos centrales de un negocio.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es importante aprender que un modelo de negocio se refiere a las actividades, los procesos, capacidades, funciones, infraestructura, la estructura organizacional, recursos humanos y sistemas.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora que ya te dimos una breve explicaci\u00f3n general sobre el concepto de modelo de negocio, te propocionamos 9 pasos a seguir para llevar al \u00e9xito tu modelo de negocio:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. El segmento de clientes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La segmentacion de mercado sirve como pauta para dcividir el mercado en segmentos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, lo que nos perite enfocarnos a nuestros compradores meta que cuentan con diferentes necesidades, caracter\u00edsticas, estilos de vida y comportamientos que requieren de estrategias de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Propuestas de valor: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Las propuestas de valor de nuestro negocio, de acuerdo a nuestro diferente giro (producto o servicio), debe estar bien concretado. Una vez que ya encontramos a nuestro cliente potencial, ahora es momento de analizar que tipo de valor se le va a ofrecer, para diferenciar nuestro prducto o servicio de la competencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>3. Canales:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Analizar e identificar cu\u00e1l va a ser el medio o canal por el cual vamos a hacer llegar nuestra propuesta valor a nuestro segmento de clientes objetivos, sea un canal offline u online.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. Relaci\u00f3n con clientes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Es importante reflexionar cual va a ser el tipo de relaci\u00f3n con el cliente. Esto quiere decir, d\u00f3nde vamos a partir y d\u00f3nde va a conclu\u00edr la relaci\u00f3n; una de las relacones m\u00e1s importante e importantes de analizar, es ver la relaci\u00f3n que se va a tener con clientes en la plataformas de Social Media, ya que podremos estar con nuestro cliente m\u00e1s cerca o m\u00e1s pronto de atender.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>5. Flujo de ingresos: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Se tiene que tener claro c\u00f3mo se va a generar el ingreso y el egeso de capital, recursos, etc.; de igual forma c\u00f3mo y cuanto est\u00e1 dispuesto a pagar el cliente objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>6. Recursos clave: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En cuanto a los recursos clave, puede existir variables como f\u00edsicos, ec\u00f3nomicos, humanos o intelectuales, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>7. Actividades clave:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Es importante tener claro que es a lo que se va a dedicar la empresa o negocio, \u00f3sea, las actividades primordiales de t\u00fa empresa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>8. Asociaciones clave:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Las asociaciones clave, son todos aquellos agentes con los que necesitas trabajar o tener relaci\u00f3n alguna para hacer posible el fucionamiento de tu modelo de negocio, estos agentes pueden ser alianzas, estrategias, proveedores, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>9. Estructura de costes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La estructura de costos, te permite saber cuales son los costes que tiene tu empresa, \u00f3sea, costes internos tales como: personal, in6mobiliaria, dise\u00f1o, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ya que tienes todos estos puntos desarrollados, ahora es momento de pasar a la acci\u00f3n y arrancar tu modelo de negocio.
