La planeaci\u00f3n de Marketing implica dise\u00f1ar actividades relacionadas con los objetivos y el entorno cambiante del marketing. Cuestiones como las l\u00edneas de producto, los canales de distribuci\u00f3n, las comunicaciones de marketing y los precios quedan delineadas en el plan de marketing.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 redactar un plan de marketing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Al especificar los objetivos y definir las actividades requeridas para alcanzarlos en el plan de marketing tambi\u00e9n se establece la base para comparar el desempe\u00f1o real con el esperado. El plan de marketing escrito presenta las actividades, enunciadas con claridad, que ayudar\u00e1n a empleados y gerentes a comprender las metas comunes y a trabajar para alcanzarlas. Al redactar el plan de marketing se podr\u00e1 estudiar el entorno del marketing y el funcionamiento interno de otras cuestiones del negocio. Una vez redactado, servir\u00e1 como punto de referencia para medir el \u00e9xito de las actividades futuras.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Elementos del plan de marketing: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de los planes de marketing puede adoptar varias formas. La mayor\u00eda de los negocios necesita tener por escrito el plan de marketing porque es muy grande y suele ser muy complejo. Si la asignaci\u00f3n de las tareas y las actividades se comunica de manera oral podr\u00edan perderse muchos detalles. Es importante tomar en cuenta: definir la misi\u00f3n del negocio, efectuar un an\u00e1lisis de la situaci\u00f3n, definir los objetivos, delinear un mercado meta y establecer los componentes de la mezcla de marketing.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Redacci\u00f3n del Plan de Marketing:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La creaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de un plan de marketing completo le permitir\u00e1 a la organizaci\u00f3n alcanzar los objetivos del marketing y triunfar. Sin embargo, el plan depender\u00e1 de la informaci\u00f3n que contenga y del esfuerzo, la creatividad y las ideas que se hayan utilizado en la elaboraci\u00f3n. Para la planeaci\u00f3n no debe interpretar la estructura global del plan de marketing como una secuencia de pasos. Tendr\u00e1 que decidir muchos de los elementos de manera simult\u00e1nea.
